LES MILLS BODYJAM™ not only teaches participants all the tricks of the world’s great dance stars, it also delivers a strong full-body cardio workout that is great for burning calories.
With the emphasis on having fun as much as breaking a sweat, each 55-minute class is an addictive fusion of dance and aerobic moves. Led by a fully-trained instructor, participants can find themselves breaking into hiphop, salsa or even the cha cha – all set to the coolest chart-topping sounds.
